i took littlebayman to the airport today [at 5am for a 6.10am flight] as he has flown up to brisbane to see his mother for christmas etc, the staff at virgin were sensational and very friendly in every aspect of service needed, adam, vanessa and then the flight attendant luana who took him onto the plane, so i publically acknowledge virgins friendly and professional service........well done to the 3 people mentioned
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Make sure you send an email to Virgin Bayman, They'll really appreciate the feedback and probably make a nice change from the abuse they probably normally get.

Customer Service is a tough gig....you cant please everyone.

Its good for them to get some positive feedback instead of the negative stuff you hear from the media etc......

I was on that flight too bayman! Went up to see Muse. They are a good airline, I've never had any problems with them.
