No pressies on my end. Absolutely hate the idea of a materialistic christmas. The best part is getting around the family like the good old days.

A few baby presents for my little girl (she'll be about 18 months), got a while to get those because I won't see her again until April, and the obligatory CD/Book store vouchers for my dad and stepmum.

That's christmas done. 8)

Don't need to make any room in my house, I don't RECIEVE pressies, but it's all about the giving...

A Festivus miracle.

Happy Festivus.

Not a tree.

An alluminium pole.

That requires no decoration.

And always ends up with feats of strength. :D

We were pretty well prepared last time - meaning that we got most of the shopping done a couple of days before Christmas Eve. :) Looking forward to having Christmas with both the littlies, this will be Luke's first Christmas. I imagine he will just want to eat the wrapping paper, like the cat, but ah well. :)

hahahahaha, funnily enough i actually got a pole for xmas last year. It cost $900

As for xmas shopping for others, I found K-mart to be quite the surprise packet last year. They have huge hampers for as little as $15. My bank account thanked me later :D

Went and bought our Christmas tree yesterday, were meant to be in England for Christmas this year but due to personal reason we couldnt make it. So we went and bought one of the white christmas trees, i know it doesnt make up for it but none the less.

My little girl turns 2 on December 21st so gonna make a really big deal of Christmas this year as she can pin point 'samba' (santa) and has an understanding presents mean (really good).

No doubt will end up going to Lobethal as well as the Brewery, just my excuse to look at the Chimney again, may even go to some carols the little one loves singing and music i think she will enjoy that. Will most definatly do the Pagent already booked a room at a hotel in the city for that one.

I guess seeing the little one go threw Christmas brings back all the memories for me of how good Christmas was as a child growing up.
