What would you do with $15 million???

My Grandad lives in the Park, plays lotto and goes to the Park shops!!!

well I would probably distribute some funds to immediate family.

Would continue going to work and once Ive had enough, tell them all to go gefugged - and at the moment thats not far away - just need the $15mill

would go on a holiday

would start up my greyhound ownership empire

live off the interest

may get a part time job or my own contracts where i could do what i want when i want just to get outta the house

First ten grand would cover the bills that I got nasty letters about today (going to court apparently).

Then I would buy a house for me, then more houses, and become a property tyrant...

house to live in, investment property or 2, boat, immidiate family then live off interest

I know a few of my work colleagues would get belted.

I would finally win my first senior sport premiership by the end of this cricket season.

1. Buy a country property with a trout dam and alpacas and a hill (which I shall then name 'Phil Collins Hill').
2. Give my mum some money to fix up my gran's house - she refuses to leave it but the place is falling to bits, there is a massive crack in the front that goes all the way through to the other side.
3. Put money in bank accounts for when Angus and Luke are older.
4. Take the family on an awesome holiday.
5. Donate to charity - one that helps children.
6. Pay someone to build an adventure playground on Phil Collins Hill.

1. Buy a nice house on some land (similar to fisho).
2. Buy a couple of nice cars.
3. Give a bit to immediate family.
4. Bank/invest the rest and live off the proceeds (including a regular committment to a couple of charities).

Just for fun I tried one of those online calculators to work out the amount of interest you could earn on a term deposit.

The maximum it would do is $500 000 and that would earn $70 000 a year.

Imagine what you could earn if you put away - say - $10 000 000 of your winnings.

My mistake - $70 000 after 2 years on a term deposit with HSBC.

Still tidy though.

1. Emigrate...most likely to NZ...who wouldn't want to live in a country where rugby union is king and ALL the flora and fauna isn't trying to eat or kill you...and it'd be an easy commute to Coopers for the Legs games too

2. Give most of it to charity.

3. Have my little dream bungalow built just the way I want it.

4. Buy a Labradoodle.
