Yeah it is a smelly place and it is on Moss Rd just off Cormack Rd by the train line.

Because the company (allegedly) thinks those people are easy to fool. As they generally don't have a big grasp on the English language - nor the Australian workplace laws. So, they are an easy target to employ those methods on them.
