How very exciting...

How about for a bit of fun we predict boy/girl weight etc, etc

We don't know what we're having but at a guess I'd say it's a boy and 8lb 13oz. But I suppose I'll find out tomorrow!

Tried to sleep - can't. Might give the hospital a ring in a while if things don't settle down. This is bloody awful. I think the people who have drug-free births are admirable but insane. I will be getting on the gas when I go to hospital!

We've sort of picked names but the baby might not look like any of the names so who knows. My son was easy - I wanted to name him Angus and he looked just like an Angus when he came out. He was born on St Patrick's Day so the ex wanted to change his name to Patrick at the last minute - how trite! I said no.

OK, things are finally starting to get a move on, the hospital wants me to come in within the hour but... I don't want to. I've been able to get through all the painful bits so far and I don't need anyone's help. Plus hospital is boring and their magazines suck. I'll give it another two hours before I think about going in. I reckon this'll be the last time I'm online before the baby's born, hopefully it all goes well!

With the nickname "Fisho",maybe we should be guessing minimum length. Too small and back it goes.
