i don't often venture to kfc as i'd rather go to a chicken shop, however tonight i felt like kfc as i wanted the corn on the cobb....'we don't have that anymore' ok then i said & went to the chicken shop (too hot to cook)

so why don't they have that anymore ? i think that was the best thing going in there (along with the colesaw)

:ymsick:

Years ago whilst working at the Airport, KFC ran out of coleslaw. They flew some over from NSW.
On arrival a few boxes split open, and spilt coleslaw all over the stinking hot tarmac. We shovelled it back into the bags and took it over to the
shed. When the KFC dude picked it up we told him, and he just said "yeah whatever", and left.

Yumee !!

grab some fresh corn on the cob, put a little water in a plastic bag, chuck corn in and tie bag and cook for 10 minutes in a microwave. Bloody delicious with a bit of butter.

I think you need to put the butter in the bag at the same time to get the "buttery corn" effect :D

If you venture up to TTP shopping centre Bayman, they have a little stall set up outside the Woolies that sell corn on the cob...
