Bad / Dumb Service Staff

Went to get a bite to eat this morning at a snack bar. A new recruit stands behind the counter talking to another staff member about writing "Schnitzel" on some packaging or something, and having to spell it.
I arrived at this moment and queried - "How do you spell Schnitzel?"
Her response - "N-I-T-S-E-L"
