I'm back

from hospital. Started having shakes, went to the doctor who said that I had high blood pressure, who then sent me to the QEH. Turns out my kidneys are in a poor state.

Take it easy ME.
Having had a few health issues a few months back know its not the best and certainaly gives you a bit of a fright....but do what the docs tell ya and they should get you back up and going.....you may just have a delayed start to pre-season!!

yes that is spot on listen & more importantly do & eat what the doctors tell you & i'm sure you'll be fine & back in the eagles nest for next season, look after yourself M.E.
PS, I BET DRINK PLENTY OF WATER WAS ONE OF THE 'INSTRUCTIONS'
