Ive lived in this galaxy for a fair while

November 2008, my cousin persuaded me to speculate in the buying , the doing up, and the selling of vehicles, a field of absolute no experience or knowhow in
We had a 3rd partner, the car guru
We bought a wreck an AU Ghia falcon on LPG
The 3 must be in tears drove to Berri to buy the burnt out wreck
We spent $1000
My cousin and I buy the vehicles, the 3rd partner was the fixerupper
December 2008 we bought a Motorbrike from the Pickles Auctions
The bike was bought for $2900
$1600 was given to the fixerupper for parts and reparing
Total outlay $5,500
ALMOST 12 MONTHS LATER ......
the fixerupper has masterfooly decieted, avoided, and manipulated the partnership
he has shifted addresses, only for me to eventually track him down
He wont answer his phones
When cornered he has maintained he was still repairing the car and bike
Last week I managed to posess the vehicle,
It was driveable , repainted and he gave us an estimated selling price of $2500
I took it to a mechanic, who after looking over the vehicle said it was a wreck and would cost about $2k to repair
Universal Auctions refused to take the lemon
Pickles Auctions refused to take the lemon
2 caryards said it was crapperistic
Eventually I got the lemon sold to a wrecker for $500 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The fixerupper predicted we would get $6k for it a last year
Im only chasing $5k
what a shrewd cunning clever investor I am
But we still have a bike
Problem being after extensive efforts in the past few days the fixerupper is at his disapeering best again, agreeing to meet me about the bike and then letting me down
The bike he says is now under consignment to be sold
When I went to the yard, it was not there, and nothing known about it [surprise surprise]
He has also offered his 1996 Nissan 4WD Patrol to be given to me to sell as a pay off
As yet getting bike or car has been unachievable
Where is this all going
I tellya
Its driving me crazy
Why
Becoz the bike is registered in his name
The bike was bought in his name at Pickles Auctions
My cousin and I are dopes

QUESTION
What should I do know ?
Is there any legality which means I can possess this bike as its registered and originally purchased in the fixeruppers name
HELP me if you can Im feelin' down ...
