Competitions? or Survey's?

I am a member of a few online survey places,
the more surveys you do the more the $ add up,
But a bit like flybuys ... they can be slow

Never met anyone who's won on one of the competition sites...as far as I can see they just end up sending you a heap of spam type emails.

I've been doing the survey sites for a while now...UK, USA, Aussie and European...fairly mixed bag for frequency, amount paid, when you can claim etc but so far I've made £275 since 1/12/08. Could have earned more I guess but I don't lie so I tell them I have no kids, car, mobile etc...those with them would get lots more.

Doubt you'd ever make a living doing them but it's a nice little extra. I get some rewards paid in cash via Paypal but mostly in high street vouchers (which I do use)...you usually get a choice...for me I go for Amazon...can also be handy to get a few to help ease the cost of birthdays, christmas etc.

Always check the small print first to make sure the site will pay in any currency...most do as they want people from everywhere but worth checking. A couple of Aussie ones that seem quite good so far...to get you started if you're interested...

I went to log into my Advertiser supercoach where something flashed and told me I had won a TV, I went through it a bit only to find it was sending me on a goose chase. I thought it might be legitimate being "The Advertiser", silly me. I have since been receiving e-mails from the same mob, it has a part where I can unsubscribe, I've done this 3 times and still get their crap.
The last e-mail I got I just replied with some colourful expletives explaining that I had unsubscribed, it has worked so far.

I'm on Rewards Central (Formally emailcash) and MyOpinions (both linked). Got $120 so far.

The wife of the bloke I sit next to at work makes mega bucks out of competitions (not online surveys, they suck). Over the last couple of years she's one an Imac laptop, $5000 worth of travel, a washing machine, tickets to Beyonce, a solahot water system, pizza oven, ice cream maker and an mp3 player that I can remember (probably heaps more) all for no cost.
Her favourite site that she's a member of is lottos.com.au and there are other sites such as win-free-stuff.com.au , easycash.com.au , winbig.com.au , auscompers.com.au , luv2win.com.au and compingclub.com.
