What would one do if a fellow user approaches you for a bet, but,in the 8 weeks since the event fails to back up his word and pay up?

Would you post a topic in the General Discussion forum? Would you prompt him via pm? Or would you name him for all to see and shame him in a public forum?

What do you guys think........
