I have done most of that - albeit in a single engine aircraft. A mate of mine is a pilot with Cathay and he has an aerobatics rating. He took me for a "scenic flight" out of Parafield one day. We tracked down to Seaford, along the coast at 500 ft, and then he decided to have some fun at my expense. Things like a stall dive - he switched off, pretended we had lost power, we fell from the sky for a while and then he re-started the engine. The up climbing reverse loop - a bit like a roller coaster. The barrel roll - not so good.
You can really feel the blood moving in and out of your brain. No ginger gum for me, and fortunately no bag required either. Can't say I enjoyed it, but can say I've done it. I cant imagine it in a F-18 or similar though - much bigger Gs and much faster/instant movement. So after the Cessna or whatever it was, I'd say no thanks.
