Today I saw Melanie Horrill, the Channel 7 weather girl, smoking....couldnt believe it!!!
Does anyone else know any other celebrities/personalities who are closet smokers???

Not sure why you'd be shocked, I assume she's as human as anyone else...probably drinks alcohol too. Although it's been almost eradicated on screen or at least only something done by the baddies I suspect you'll find more do than don't in real life.
Possibly as an appetite supressant to help retain a thin figure, which I believe is the excuse commonly used by models.
Nearly 6 years since giving up and I still miss it...thankfully I can't afford to start again.

I know of an Adelaide based AFL footballer who smoked a few darts. Don't know if he still does though.
Have been offered cigarettes by Boof Lehman when I had a couple of beers with him. I don't smoke so politely refused and continued on.

who gives a flying F**K that they smoke. It is legal unless you are in a pub, club, car with kids. F**k u can light up in public and u are pointed at and treated like a criminal. Yet if u are into smack, or hard drugs they help you get off it with legal injecting rooms.

Jane Lomax-Smith is another.
I've also seen pleanty of sports people durry up - Border, Boon, Warne. Wayne Schwass in his playing days would durry along on weekends - not sure if he still does or not. Also saw Chambo have a few durries out on the town after a game this year.

Yep, smokers are lepers. Soon overweight people will start getting publicly abused while eating at restaurants, "Do you really need that dessert there fatty?".
It's sickening how righteous a lot of Australians have become in recent times.
