home schooling

is it legal ?

i know of 2 kids of primary school age that were in school & have been taken out for 'home schooling' i personally think it's weird but is it illeagle ? (no not a sick mickyj)

Not illegal but a few hurdles have to be jumped to ensure that the home teacher (eg a parent) has the capabilities, tools etc - that's my understanding anyway.

if that is correct i'd suggest that the parents (both nice people) would have fallen at a few hurdles

There is actually a school called open access College and its legal Bayman . ;)

i wish :shock: that'd save me 5 or 6 grand or whatever it is in school fees plus the extras throughout the year ;)
