Have you rung the local council about it?
If it is clean fill they might take it off your hands.
Or a Golf course nearby?

Dump it in the cover of darkness somewhere!!! My neighbour got rid of a few tonnes via wheely bins over a few months, bins were very heavy each week.!!
Abit off topic but I had a TV I wanted to dispose of a while ago, I tryed doing right thing by calling electrical good disposal people near airport, $20+!!! TV just fitted into wheely bin with some help and persuasion!!

I once had an idea that if we continuously dumped earth on top of the Flinders Ranges for 100 years then we'd eventually have a really high mountain range that would attract rain clouds and cause great river to flow through our dry state of South Australia.
Why don't you dump it there and the plan off to a start?
