On Holidays in the last two weeks of February. For one of those weeks I want to go somewhere in Australia for say 4-5 days. Anyone got some suggestions of where i should go?
I went to Tassie and did the Great Ocean Road last year but apart from that, i havent really gone much elsewhere.

The Riverland.
A good spot, with plenty of water, despite the negative publicity in the Adelaide media.
Make it a road trip - start at Mannum, spend a night there.
Head to Waikerie via Swan Reach and Morgan. Spend a night on the Murray River Queen.
Then head up river to Loxton/Barmera/Berri or Renmark.
All have waterfront accommodation.
If you want to go further - head across to Mildura.
A good road trip, without having to go too far from home.

Go to the Gold Coast, 4 or 5 days there will get you to all the parks and Feb is the best time of year to go as it's not as crowded...

LOL I wanna go away now ... Anytime I head down there I don't really get into the water activities, but for some reason it's a part of the world that I've always loved and always look forward to visiting.
If you're looking interstate, I really don't think you can beat WA, just sensational over there.

Somewhere down the Great Ocean Road. Going there at that time of year would be sensational!

I spent Christmas at Coffin Bay, it's a great place and it will be alot quieter at that time too. Good fishing as well (especially if you have a boat)

Yes, it is a beautiful place, i spent New Years there a few years back and it was beautiful, plenty of stuff for the kids to do and very relaxing for the adults.
It is so good, i am going back there this New Years as well.
