This morning I grabbed a small thin pump spray bottle, which I thought was my new bottle of ****, it turned out I grabbed my sunglass cleaning fluid by mistake...! (they're in similar sized/shaped bottles)
Only sprayed 1 side of my neck though...

I was camping with my mates down by the river when my deckchair broke.
Deciding I no longer needed my deckchair, I threw it in the fire.
Half an hour later, I went to make a phone call but couldn't find my mobile. I told the boys who proceeded to look around the camp fire and in the surrounding bush.
"I'll give it a ring," one of them says.
At that moment I looked down into the ashes of the fire "don't bother boys".
All that was left of my phone was my burnt SIM card.

Putting two Multitrip tickets in the machine at once.

Gambling at the pub one day with friends
We got a trifecta at the Melbourne trots that paid $550 in the second last race
Went to collect and we put the wrong code for the meeting
We put MT and not VT [or vice versa]
We had been putting bets on for that nights trots = not the day time trots
We picked up all our tickets from that meeting and cancelled them
We saved about $200 from losing bets but were $300 worse off in our pockets !
DUMB ! but lucky we got a collect as we would never have known.

Well you would still probably smell nice, you'd just be a bit sticky* that's all

On a similar note, I once wagered on Glenelg to roll Central by a modest margin at Elizabeth. Glenelg won by the right margin (which should give you an idea of how long ago this was ) so I moseyed on down to the TAB to collect.... to find that I'd inadvertently picked Central instead of Glenelg.

Got pissed at the pub, went home and couldn't find my wallett the next day.
Searched the house, car, went back to the pub, not there either.
Cancelled my cards, licence etc, bought a new wallet, replaced everything i could.
Mate's missus came over the next week.
Cleaned the house.
Found my old wallet.
Peaking.
Had 20 bucks in it though!

I don't have enough time to list various stupid atrocities on this thread. Will just go with a worst ever.

- away overseas and getting really hammered, passing out and then waking up in a canefield, horribly sunburnt down one side of my face. Very bad look for 3-4 days, as I was away for work at the time.

My preferred fragrance for Men to wear (although I would probably wear it too... it's yummy! )So is AMEN...

Can't decide between these 2...

Left my palm pilot on the roof of the car and drove off one time, by the time I realised and returned it was on the road with many tire tracks through it.

Forgot my work laptop was inside a backpack (after putting it in there myself and riding my bike home from work) and threw the backpack once I walked in the front door, just like I used to when I was at school. It took me 3 months of carrying a laptop held together with superglue and duct tape before my employer relented and bought me a new one.

Invited mates around for a Good Friday party.
Left the girls inside, thought it would be good to get on the sharply inclining roof and have our party up there.
Seven of us up there with eskies, drinking and mucking around.
Putting dents in roof, breaking gutters, denting rainwater tank and shed as we used them to climb up on roof.
Three days later get a phone call from the rental company, asking us about our party.
A neighbour had complained - told the rental people we'd been "surfing down the roof on esky lids".
Told in no uncertain terms that we would have to fix the damage and it would be unlikely our lease would be renewed when it came up in three months time.
Cost = $3000 to repair and I had to pull out of an end of season cricket trip.

Only good thing out of it was that it forced our hand into finally entering the property market.

A mate and me went drinking in Adelaide and we found a pub with $1.50 Pots of Pale Ale. Great we got tanked.
No Money for cab walked home from Adelaide.
He fell into a drain and cut his leg missed his vein in his groin by 2 inches and the artery in his leg by 7cm's.
