i had to laugh though when we got him, because all last season i was giving my mate who is a hawks supporter sh*t and saying he is overrated.. He is a massive buddy fan. Now we get him, and i can't say anything

A lady at work complaining about me because I sent an email asking whoever spilt the milk all over the kitchen to clean it up. Apparently that’s bullying because I already knew it was her from checking the security camera and could have told her discreetly. I didn't even name her in the email. Never mind it is the third time she’s has been told to clean up her mess, the first two times she was told discreetly. Now I have to apologise to her.

I just went to HR and told them that I'm not apologising. She was apparently really upset and felt shamed. It's like breaking the law and then complaining because you're on the news (which is rather ironic in this case given her occupation). Just don't do it in the first place.

Next time just go straight to her and tell her to clean it up loud enough for everyone else to hear. She should feel much better if you do it that way, going by her logic.

I'd be tempted to send out and email saying something like, " I hereby formally apologise to xxxx for criticising her in an indirect and non-identifying way for not cleaning up the milk she had spilled in the kitchen."

And then the email can be read out on air again
