Just went out for 3 open inspections in the last hour, some people just have no shame.

House 1, must've just ducked out, had his phone still charging and just closed the lid on his laptop while there was a distinct smell of durry on the balcony.

House 2, we were advised to mind the mess, no shit, there was little laneways to walk through there was so much junk stacked up, you couldn't even enter one room, this wasn't moving related, this dude is a serious hoarder.

House 3, Door left open, agent calling out to the occupant for a couple of minutes, nowhere to be seen but f*** me, what a mess, dirty dacks on the lounge floor as well as the main room with shit from arsehole to breakfast. Not one bit of toilet paper on a roll in any of the toilets, the basins looked like they belong in Fremont Park, this house wouldn't be more than 5 years old.

He’s probably up on the bed sleeping on your side already.

I have a 36kg Dalmatian that does this every night. He starts off on his own bed and then during the night somehow while we are sleeping work his way under the covers and at our feet.
