getting up before daylight on a Saturday morning and riding my old mountain bike to Waterfall Gulley and home, 35 km return trip is a great way to start the day

I got to try some chilli sauce today, and it contained the world's 2nd hottest chilli. The Trinidad Scorpion Chilli Butch T contains 1 463 700 Scoville Units of heat. I took it like a champ, no sweat.

I love my chilli, don't get me wrong. But why the hell anyone would want it in beer (or chocolate for that matter) is beyond me.
