The Jim Maxwell tribute on the ABC, Skull and Harsha were there for a very funny half and hour or so.

Watching the New Years concert on the ABC with the kids and Casey Donovan came on. The kids wondered why I started laughing, I didn't bother to explain my thought that Ronnie Wearmouth has been in a good paddock.

Been back in SA for a few days now. Was in Mount Barker on Sunday, and had only been there for about half an hour before witnessing an arrest! Cops had this bloke down on the ground and cuffed him on the spot. I was telling my lad about it, he asked “ what did the bloke look like”... buggered if I know was my reply... the cops were giving the bloke a good close up look at the footpath.

Me a non-volunteer by instinct, playing host to 22 Rotarians from two districts tomorrow.
Something I would never have predicted...

Chick at work totally taking the piss, has a horrible attendance record but has excelled recently.
Here's the last 5 weeks.

Week 1: Had the Tuesday off.
Week 2: Went home early Wednesday, took the Thursday and Friday off.
Week 3: Had the Monday off.
Week 4: Had Wednesday, Thursday and Friday off.
This week: Has had Monday and today off, hasn't been here for a week this time.

The laws are so crap now, there's people out there desperate for employment.

Still not back, 7 consecutive days this run.
