on the corner of kesters and main north roads. they usually have something in the front yard, lately i think its been a crane with a liebherr banner hanging off it. albiet it is smaller than the above picture.

the works around the back look like the building will be huge. understandable considering their products though.

I've seen them start to work on the block and it looks massive, but with the recent Thiess signage going up i'm guessing they have partnered together for a upcoming project. Do you know if they are expanding their workshop as well or is it all offices.

Thiess are the contractor for all the work.
Workshop is increasing by around 20,000m2 from memory
$60M total project

Lucas are doing the earthworks, which is weird seeing Thiess main business is supply of contractors and machines for earth works. Even if Thiess gave the work to lucas, i'm surprised they ain't using their own machines, especially seeing Thiess use mainly Liebherr machines.

I think most of Thiess equipment is in the mine at Prom Hill and on the Goodwood Grade project.

They have plenty of spare equipment. I think you might find that they will be in partnership for a upcoming project which should be starting early next year.
