having family heritage which goes back to Ayr and not having visited your beautiful country, i can only imagine how beautiful those old buildings/castles are

Then I'd say 'how dare you Mic'...I've never used photoshop or doctored a photograph in that way and find the accusation that I would offensive as essentially you're accusing me of lying.

This just in from the Blair Horse Trials: One Scottish man chose to brave the stifling 20 degree temperatures, going to extreme steps such as wearing a short-sleeved shirt to ensure he didn't over-heat in the sun.

He was later admitted to hospital with grade one burns to his forearms.

And here am I trying to convince myself I should only heat the house to a moderately cold 19 degrees to save power consumption, and wear a jacket...

Cafe Primo at Smithfield

Went there last night with a group of 30+.
Food was well priced and very nice, everyone got served in around 10 mins in the order in which they ordered (The place was pretty packed aswell).
Drinks are well priced.
Service was excellent.
The containers they supply for left-overs are very handy and a nice gesture.

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
