My aerobic fitness has improved out of sight. I am not tired all the time, and I am tiring my daughter out rather than me tiring before her when playing around the house. I'm at the stage now I am starting some PT lessons from another SAFooty Forum member next week.

Hey??

Obviously you haven't familiarised yourself with the Duromine thread? Haha

Good work by the way. 147kg is some serious starting weight, so glad you took action. My missus is a podiatrist and the amount of people she's had to refer for foot and leg amputations due solely to health issues relating to their weight is sickening.

No I haven't. Yeah I realized after baby #2 was born I really needed to do something about it. I am now over the initial thoughts of quitting because it was too hard and at the point I want to train more and as much as possible. I owe it to my family to give them the best possible me. Will keep you all updated as I go along!

Having my neighbour ring me and invite me over later to watch the Mundine fight tonight after he paid for it on PPV. Nice
