Just bought a pack of ten solar snake repellers on eBay. Hopefully after I stick them in the ground around my place any wandering reptiles considering a visit will be warned off.
People who bought this book also bought a stool and some rope. Unknown literary critic

Was doing my rounds in Parilla last month and visited a spud farm there.

I ended up having a bit of a chat with the guys in the workshop and asked them if they had seen any snakes this season as last year one managed to get into the office. They just pointed to a fence which had 4 dead ones dangling off it.

Apparantly they were all caught that day and the moisture in the spuds justs attracts them like flies to a turd.

Stuffed if I would ever work there.

Then again,I'd much rather our placid snakes than the Black Mamba or King Cobra, which IMO are 2 of the scariest living things on the planet.(Behind Gary Glitter of couse. )
