I ventured off to Dan Murphy's tonight and tried it out and beauty, it's legit so you can grab a mini keg for $24.95 .. If anyone is interested and doesn't have the required PDF File for print out, then just PM with your email address.

Yeah I got that the other day, still not sure if I would buy one. Heineken is very overated IMO

Has anyone seen the add they have floating around via email aswell?

Brewboys have quite a selection on offer, and a surprisingly good list of outlets. I have to confess I know one of their brewers well, but for those who really like to try new beers, give them a go (either on tap somewhere, or by buying a bottle or more!).

I'm not much of a beer drinker, recently got a six pack of Carlsberg but still trying to work my way through it but during the week I got a carton of Budweiser and while it's been years since the last one I had they taste even better than I remembered them to be.

I don't mind it at all. Of course I would choose Coopers' Dark if there was a choice, but Tooheys Old goes down quite well all the same.

Currently have some James Squire Amber Ale in the fridge, since the local bottlo' was selling them for $20.30 a six pack... or $32 for two :drinkers:

I never been a Tooheys fan but I tried one of their White Hart Light when in Coonabarabran in March and it wasn't bad for a light.

I was over in Melbourne for the long weekend and had dinner at the James Squire Brewhouse in Docklands. Tried my first Golden Ale, Amber Ale and Pilsener. Golden Ale the best of the three.

Was wondering whether anyone had tried any of the Bierhaus brews. I'd be very interested to know what you think. Selling at their base in Lobey but quite a few drinking and eating establishments now.

I reckon I went to a James Squire Ale House in Melbourne, but it was nowhere near the Docklands. It was several blocks east of Melbourne Uni - somewhere in Fitzroy? Superb place.

I had Tsing Tao beer - I think that was its name - at a Chinese restaurant recently.
I was curious. I wouldn't bother again.

What about the place at Verdun that brewed beer, do they still exist? Had a couple of reasonable drops in their armoury.

Thanks brod. The guys work very hard to make this happen and it's great to see them reap rewards.

Went there for the first time back around Feb or March and fell in love with the place .. Most of the beers were excellent, but (ok, here's my gay post for the day) their homemade dips were sensational!! :D
