Love this idea

Any reason why you don't have a go at making some???

I'm sure you could probably add some ketchup or any other sauce you like to a bread mix...might take a bit of trial and error to get it right but I reckon it should work. Could be easier if you own one of those breadmaker machines or know a mate who has one.

I reckon you would add the sauce to the dough before it baked, but after it was kneeded.

You should send that suggestion to Bakers Delight, they always seem to be trying new things. I reckon 'BBQ Bread' would be a hot seller!

You'd think they could develop something in partnership.

Would save the hassle of cleaning spilt sauce if they did, Downfall to this is it would be seasonal as best selling time would be over spring/summer.

Hey Groover, I sent in the sauce suggestion to Baker's Delight. Got this reply this morning:

Hi,

I am responding to your email suggesting a 'sauced infused bread loaf'.

That is a very creative idea and one that we have looked previously.

Please be advised that I have passed your request to our Product
Development and Marketing Departments for their further reference and
review.

Thank you for taking the time to pass on your feedback.

In Japan most bakeries sell a wiener that has been baked inside the bread with sauce already on it. You can get them packaged in supermarkets too, throw them in the microwave for 30 seconds and not bad drunk food.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

I remember a massive bakery chain in Singapore that has the bakery just on the other side of where the food is served and you can see the bakers working back there.

They make this thing called a chicken nugget, which had crumbed chicken breast and mayo baked into fresh bread.

Completely disposable clothing...I know technically all clothing is but I mean biodegradable, designed and made to be worn once and binned at a price to match...and while your at it add bedding, towels and anything else that needs washing.

I'm sure this is the sort of stuff I was promsed as a kid along with robot servants, jet packs, flying cars and moonbases...geez grownups were such liars in the 60's

Commuter sized newspaper, so you can turn pages without punching neighbour in head.

Toilet roll that makes loud noise when out of paper, forcing user to get another roll rather than leaving it for next punter. Same applies to milk, oj, toothpaste.....

Oh - reminds me of a joke. What would have toothpaste been called had it not been invented by a Collingwood supporter? Teeth-paste!

Likely to be on here already, but yours wouldn't matter IF someone could invent a hangover cure...

Well, a hangover cure that was NOT to: continue drinking.

Green cordial, even more effective if you think of downing a litre before you go to bed.
