Do you rate Twitter MP?

I attempted it for abit until i realised it's for pornstars, businesses & people craving attention.

Not that your one of them but I really struggled to get into it.

not really... But I use it, have a couple of people I "follow" that give me links to interesting stories etc, but it's the only thing worth it for me...

Whiplash. At least I think that's what it is - can't move my head or neck anyway. Mr McSpaz had to take a day off work because I can't pick up Luke or drive the car or anything like that. At least he can see the funny side of it and has taken some photos of me looking like a rather unimpressed hunchback. :?

Unless you've been involved in a car crash or have had your neck subjected to something else extreme like that, it's hard to say it would be whiplash. Did your GP say this?

When the muscles around your neck stop working (as such) it means it's trying to protect something that's wrong skeletal wise. trust me, you're in MY world now

Otherwise it could just be a really bad case of wry neck.

As I suggested before, a trip to a chiro will fix this. Do as the trainer says Fisho ;)

and dont make me come down there and drag you to one

Nah I wasn't in a car crash - I was sitting up in bed feeding Luke and I felt this sharp pain in my neck and then I couldn't move it any more. It isn't locked up, it just f***ing hurts unless I keep it in the one place. I can't sit up without assistance and I can't lift anything. I haven't been to my GP yet but I'm going this arvo.

I don't know if this could be a cause of neck problems, but when I was younger I used to stand on my head a lot. I would read entire books standing on my head.

Don't bother with your GP. Seriously.

BOOK IN A CHIRO

I'm getting over the exact same thing at the minute, I've been to the chiro 3 times in the last week to have it fixed and now I'm fine.

JUST DO IT

Please ;)

If she used the migraine line she probably wouldn't have a sore neck.

You know, the whole 'headache' excuse is just that - an excuse. I find that my headaches (migraines excepted) will quite often go AWAY after a bit of action!

A big Friday thankyou goes to the parent/guardian who let their child sh1t all over the library and then walk out without telling anyone.

Tell a staff member FFS and give us a chance to sort it out. We're not going to get stuck into you, we know accidents happen.

Consequently one of our volunteers stepped in it without realising and spread it all around half the library. Thankfully the local carpet cleaners could come straight down - took them a good couple of hours to clean it up mind you.

Oh well, makes for a good story I guess.

Sheesh. They are right, the depth does vary. All I can say mate was that they were probably embarrassed...about as embarrassed as your volunteer must have been. I can't believe that anyone would have deliberately left a 5hitburger in the library in such a genteel place! In the Swich mate maybe I've seen 5hit (pardon the pun) you wouldn't believe.

Perhaps the perp might post in this thread '******* ***** Library'.

regards,

Reminds me of a similar thing happening at my work...

I was tied up with a couple, when a couple of young brats walked in, and ran behind all of our fridges (where I couldn't see them).

About five minutes later they run out, and I'm wondering if they nabbed something, but didn't stress because they couldn't exactly stick a fridge up their shirt!!!

When I finish with the couple, I go for a quick peek, and see something on the carpet...

As I get closer the smell gets worse...

5HITBURGER!!!

I once used the "I poo'd myself" excuse to get out of work early one day, worked a treat.
"Hey mate, I have to go home"
"Why's that, you've only just got here"
"Somethings wrong, I went to fart and followed through"
"Oh, ok, just go, I'll sort a replacement out for you"

Off I went without a worry in the world, they sure as hell weren't going to refuse or check.
