we had a poker night at our club little while back
and it was classic watchin these guys who were "pros" rock up on our table with their lucky souveniers and there lucky hats etc...

couple of my mates on the table had no idea how to play never played b4... and knocked both guys out..


it was just classic the pro saying "all in" and my mate... "yep... im all in to"

the pro would have pocket aces, my mate has 2,3 and the flop would be like 4,5,6.

the pro is devestated and my mate has no idea hes won

My dog continually finding ways to escape, it's like Andy Dufresne off of shawshank redemption, she just keeps nudging away at different spots til she gets a big enough opening to get through, 3 times in a fortnight, $50 a pop to get her back. GRRRR.

I'm with you LM - our dog escaped yesterday (2nd time in the last week) and after a leniant council worker just called us and brought her back, this week it cost us $155! Then it thundered last night so the dog shit herself (literally) in the garage. Luckily it was mrs smac and not me that stepped in it this morning!

I'm kind of hoping that someone else takes her in, we found her wandering the streets and decided to keep her til we seen a lost sign or something. We've had her for a year, she's a good dog but this is getting beyond the joke, it's either replace all of our fences or find a suitable home for her.
This time she nudged a 30kg bird avairy away from the fence then some other reinforcements we had in the way to get to a spot that she kept working on til she popped the nails out of the railing and away she went.
