Does anyone know of somewhere/someone who replaces Samsung Galaxy S5 screens?

Everywhere I've gone has quoted $240.00 which is a bit rich in my mind...

Any ideas?

How many different places? If I got 3 or more quotes of a similar number, then maybe that is a fair price...

Yeah maybe it is the going rate but im a bit too tight to pay that much!!!

There is a joint in station arcade that is normally pretty cheap, I'll check it out on way home. I didn't pay that much to replace my lads laptop screen.

Cheers beefy. I think it's to do with the actual screen and it being a specific type of glass or something...

For any of those of the House construction type folks... Or even those who are somewhat handy...

While our house was being built (by Fairmont Homes), we noticed that after a bit of rain, there was a void under the foundation. We raised it with the builder and they suggested that all would be fine.

Well 2.5 years later, things aren't fine the void appears to be getting bigger as the ground settles, and this is then causing all the paving, pipe work etc is now messed up.

I have been in contact with the builder and am waiting to hear back from them. I don't hold out much hope that they will do anything or help at all, but I was wondering what the F... can be done and how would I go about fixing this so it doesn't damage the foundation?

HELP... :)

Doesn't sound very good at all. Good luck with that one.

Have you got storm water anywhere near there?

Is it above a wet area in the house? ( Bathroom, laundry )

It is under one of the back bedrooms... and partly under the Laundry...

I couldn't even figure out how to fix this? I have a horrible feeling it is going to cost 1000's of $$$

@Jase

was the frame up and roof on? or was it just the slab?

Demand an inspection from the engineers that did the original footing report. The Statutory warranty has not expired plus Fairmont boast about a structural guarantee for a ridiculous amount of time but the catch is it must be the owner who signed the building contract.

Looks like they didn't fix any temporary downpipes and the water has pooled next to the slab which is big no no especially up in Golden Grove with reactive soil. That is why houses have a concrete path around the perimeter of the house as it stops the water draining way directly next t the house.

If you have records of the conversation raising the issue and even photos of the water next to the slab that would help your cause greatly.

Yeah.....call Fairmont Homes. The House is less than 3 years old, still has its statutory warranty if they don't want to know you drop the name consumer affairs to them

Has the concrete eroded away or has water got under the slab to create a void?
Was it a level block to begin with or was it heavily excavated or backfilled?
I'm in the concrete game and there are a lot variables

Anyone else had a flu injection this year, and had a sore shoulder for 2 or 3 days afterwards?

I had mine yesterday, feels like I have a "dead arm". Ive heard it could last for a few more days.

Never had this feeling in past years.
