The "no exercise" rule is pretty ****** up. Vic were at least allowed 1 hour.

So we are not allowed to do any running, walking, go for a bike ride, walk the dog at a park, around the block or local area as of midnight tonight?

Correct, what an absolute disgrace, this is harsher than Melbournes lockdown. What's wrong with an hours exercise??? Massive mental health issue.
