How much notice does a landlord/real estate agent have to give you before an inspection on a place you are renting?

I think it's technically 14 days but in my experience it seems like 10 days out is roughly when they send the letter so usually get it about 12 days out.

There was another one just started up in Adelaide. I bought two jerseys, they f**ked the order up and took about 4 weeks to rectify it, then shut the business down. Too much hassle for them i think.

Always used these guys for my NBA stuff. They have a good selection of that. They do NFL stuff, unsure of the quality, but the NBA stuff & soccer stuff I got from them is pretty good.
