Pretty much. I'm the resident Victorian. South Australia sucks and Sadelaide is afraid of change.

Finding a leather bound copy of A Century of the Best number 46 of 250. Yes it is a Collingwood book. Open it up and it is signed by Allan McAlister, Harry Collier and Bob Rose. $8.00 at the Salvos.

Great isnt it.
At the end of the day ill back Mick in when it comes to football matters. Eddie may have the business smarts but he doesnt have a clue about football compared to Mick.

Absolutely, I'd back Mick and day of the week over Eddie.

Mick's bitterness is eroding the admiration I have of him.

If that bounce lands in Milne's hands, we wouldn't even be having a discussion as to whether the succession plan was a good idea.

Mick had a great West Coast side in the 1990's. He is a great coach look at the Collingwood sides he got into Grand Finals only to uphold the Collingwood Tradition of losing them. Mick got lucky on winning one flag at Collingwood and that was after a draw. But he has all rights to be bitter after leading a team to a grand final and then being dumped for a guy who has never coached a side. Eddie's man love of Bucks will hurt Collingwood in the long run.

He wasn't dumped. He signed a contract before his premiership success (after years without).

Yes Contractually that is what happened but do you honestly think that Mick was 100% happy at what had transpired being pensioned off for a bloke who the president thought the sun shone out of his behind

Mick has previously stated that at the time of the negotiation he was losing the passion to coach, hence the succession agreement.

The idea that Eddie has man-love for Bucks and that he would jeopardise the success of the club to fulfill said man-love is absurd.

Q Mick was not loosing his passion to coach he knew he was getting BONED by Eddie for Eddie's man love of Bucks. North Melbourne sniffed around and got Brad Scott instead of Bucks and Eddie Made sure Bucks would be coach. Mick got screwed, Collingwood more than likely got Mick to say he was loosing passion. Prime example Mark Thompson, is burnt out and coaching Essendon as an assistant.

I have to admit I'm enjoying it quite considerably.

Not to say my side won't get smashed this week, but compared to to the side they could be (ie. with Mick), the implosion that is Collingwood at the moment (they were an absolute machine for the last 2 years) is fantastic.
