you want to see certain members of the community asking for a discount on their set price ticket. They are always arguing with the good station staff for one.

Streetlights not working.
Drove from Gr Junction Rd Holden Hill along NE Road,up Golden Grove Rd to Grenfell Rd last night, counted 26 not working.
Would you not think the sensible approach with this is to have a person or persons who work nights driving around spotting this and listing them for replacement, or is that being too simplistic?
