Brave...

Very true. But if I had to make the choice, I would much rather a brave loss, than a piss poor/pitiful/pathetic one. Lord knows I've seen both this year! (I'm assuming you're referring to football and not politics!)

Yes, the football. I said to a group of mates on Saturday night that the word "brave" would be used to describe the loss. Sure enough, back page of the Sunday Mail...."Brave". Ever so brave.

Wonder if sapaul still thinks Adelaide will finish above Port? ;)

I saw you pick that one out in another thread. Bloody Port Adelaide supporters - always quick to cash in on a bet.

Mr McSpaz's impersonation of me. Although I am slightly offended that apparently I am a dwarf with big googly eyes that goes 'uh-uh-uh-uh' like the jumping chipmunk thingo at the end of the first world in Donkey Kong Country.

Keep trying Booney. I don't think you'll ever get a response unless he's got his laptop happening under that rock ha ha.

Being able to tell what the other half is looking at in the TV guide simply based on how loud he says 'ugh'. I guessed that The Bachelorette was on at 7:30!

Home today with a bit of the flu, and windy and rainy like you wouldn't believe.

I hear a massive CRASH! outside, so I trudge outside to see what's broken, and a big tree out the front of my neighbors has blown over, and almost gone thru their front window.

I spend the next five or ten minutes outside, securing my "blow away-ables," and generally having a sticky beak to see how they're going to react...

The neighbors are in their fifties, and very weird...

After no-one came out, curiosity gets the better of me, and I go over and knock on their door...

Old lady comes out, "Oh my goodness, what happened!?!"

They had no idea, and they were sitting right by the window- could have been seriously hurt if the tree had gone thru the window...

They rejected my offer of assistance (the old dude would struggle to move an i-Pod) to move the tree, and invite me in for a cuppa...

NO THANKS!

My son's maths homework - he got given this sheet of questions but didn't answer any of them. He drew a truck in the answer box though.
