Not real qualified like Psyber, but a suggestion based on experience.
Drink two large glasses of water quickly (but not too quickly (not to cold)).
If the eyes start to feel like less pressure has transpired more water.
I would then add salt to the water at least two more glasses tonight.
When it feels better drink wine/bubbly/green ginger and you should be right by Saturday night!
