Is it OK for his bike to have been run over? I don't think so, regardless if he stuck his finger up, yelled, or even mooned Warne.

A half-smart Warne would have paid the $1500 repairs and moved on, but Warne is still striving to achieve 'half-smart'.

Maybe he doesn't have the $1500.
