I lost count how many times I have cooked it. I feel it is the only the way to cook pork.

Best Potato Salad !

Chat spuds, cut into tablespoon chunks
5 slices Prosciutto - sliced into 1 cm strips
Fresh Basil - finely chopped
Fresh Italian Parsley - finely chopped
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Egg Mayo
Teaspoon Capers - chopped
Olive Oil

1. Season Spuds, toss in Olive Oil, add prosciutto, place into Roasting Pan, bung on the Webber or in the Oven if you're a softcock and don't cook on a Webber. Cook until how you like ya spuds done. Set aside.

2. Mix Mayo & Sour Cream, add Capers. Mix with the spuds/prosciutto mix (Spuds should still be slightly warm)

3. Add Basil & Parsley. Serve. !
The joy of being on the hill drinking beer cannot be understated

Just stumbled across this recipe website that I think might appeal to some of you guys...and gals (added it to my bookmarks)

Old Scrote's Real Food Cookbook

http://www.oldscrote.talktalk.net/index.htm#scrote

As the title suggests it's written by a bloke. He doesn't go in for precise measurements so it's all very much thrown together. Good variety of recipes from the basics to the more adventurous.

JAS
