My second wife was training at the Australian Dance Theatre when we met - very fit and a good runner!
(She was faster than me over the first 30 metres until my longer stride helped me out.)

No, sadly I only started experiencing an utter lack of shame AFTER I'd had kids and my body began to deteriorate. I used to cover myself up!
