Well I did sight said cat flap it appears to be sitting flush with the door. Unsure if it opens and closes as it was locked and I wasn't game enough to unlock as I believe the end user of this product was on the other side....

Absolute yes and yes!

Exactly the same as one my boss received when selling his classic Fiat 500 "Bambino" about 3 months ago. Now this car was in all reality pretty rare, so to just buy it sight unseen at $15,000 was a little strange.

Yes, scam. He will "pay" you extra in your PayPal account to cover the courier cost. Then you pay for courier as well as losing your car.

Definitely toy with him if you can! :lol:

yep had this multiple times on gumtree. they say they will pay via paypal but then say that they need a courier, and they dont have internet access (even though they keep emailing), and to send money via western union for a courier LOL.
