Their Dark Ale is a favourite of mine. The IPA is a nice alternative though.

Only crap thing is it costs $7 per bottle or $80 for a case of $15.

Yeah can't have more than 3 in a night. Flavour is way too overwhelming.

I am yet to try Rekorderlig. I love a cider over summer but don't really drink them during winter.

The Swan Brewery in Perth is set to close, ending 155 years of beer production in WA.

Emu Export, Swan Draught, Emu Bitter and Emu Draft will be made at West End Brewery in Adelaide.

There's been a dramatic decline in the popularity of Swan Brewery beers in the last 20 or so years and in my view this is down to poor marketing.

Take Carlton Draught and Tooheys Extra Dry for example. They taste pretty ordinary but with clever advertising they manage to draw the sales.

I was in Pomgolia in 1985 & I walked into a pub, sat down, got drinking & chatting, then the barman says to me, "I have several cartons of Swan Lager out the back, do you want them? No-one will drink it!" I politely refused as well, bloody swampwater.

I don't understand why men think it is acceptable to drink these strawberry ciders. Might as well drink cruisers.

Have you tried it, its a taste sensation....Not a drink you would want 15-20 off ala saturday nights in footy season but as a change up at a BBQ or if your only having one or two this sh*t is so good it doesnt effect your man brand :)

I like a good Cider, but I'd be worried something like this would be a bit sweet for my taste.
Is it sweet or has it been brewed long enough to become dry?
