My parents rang foxtel about 12 months ago to cancel their foxtel, only to be told have it for free for one month to see if u change your mind, they have since had it for free ever since, Foxtel used to ring every month to talk them into keeping, now no one rings and they still get free foxtel.
I thought I was getting free electricity once - then I got 4 bills at once. Ouch! I'm surprised I wasn't cut-off considering they hadn't got any money out of me for a year!!
