Have spent the best part of 4 days trapped inside with sinitus (or sinusitus or whatever they bloody call it) despite having my sinuses cleaned out 12 months ago.

Mid-August buyt yourself some "Beconase" nasal spray and start using it by the end of August, it contains a steroid that helps neutralise the parts of the nose that produce histamine. Get some of that into ya!
