Laundromats.

Particularly those in which the detergent dispenser is on the fritz, and you don't realise until you've started the machine, and are forced to hurriedly scrape all of the scungy bits of detergent out of the other machines' receptacles.

Doubly so when the instructions are in French, and you don't properly translate them until after you've started. (I know, I know, RTFM....)

Amen to that. :prayer:

Have spent the best part of 4 days trapped inside with sinitus (or sinusitus or whatever they bloody call it) despite having my sinuses cleaned out 12 months ago.

Can't hear a bloody thing, my ears are blocked and won't unblock, can't breathe through my nose, get next to no sleep because of this and my snot looks like it's been through a nuclear reactor .

I dread this time of year :(

What a 'heavenly' description FC.
Conjures up all sorts of funny thoughts about 'radio active boogers' at war inside your head which really doesn't need that sort of traumatic tension as it has enough to cope with already! xx

As a long time sufferer of Hayfever, I can only say toughen up Princess!

Mid-August buyt yourself some "Beconase" nasal spray and start using it by the end of August, it contains a steroid that helps neutralise the parts of the nose that produce histamine. Get some of that into ya!

I used Beconase once and finished up with out of control Herpes simplex throughout my entire nasal cavity because of the immune system suppression.
I'm not a big fan of steroids for anything, although there are life threatening situations where there is nothing else to do but use them..
