I got a bill for several properties around South Australia including one, worth $2 million, on The Parade.
I rang and said I'd be delighted to pay it once I had the titles to all the properties in my hands, but as far as I knew I only owned one of them.
They invited me to pay for the one I admitted owning but I said I'd deal with it when I got a correct bill, or the titles to the other properties...

gold totally agree, we had a chuckle over this waiting for next week when they produce their royal blue banner with navy blue letters.
