Settlement coming in 4 days for the property we recently sold.

New kitchen and bathroom coming up, new car ( near new ) for Mrs.Boon, a few bits and pieces of stuff for Boon ( new bar fridge ) and perhaps a nice holiday.

Having a good 45 minute kick with my 7 year old son.
Some good overhead marks in there that we are both so proud of :D
Can't wait to see him have a run around this year.
