Thanks FC. No matter how you brace yourself, turning 70 is still a bit of an emotional wrench - even more so than 50 or 60.
As for "another 70", I've just been to an Endocrinologist come Men's Health expert to look at maximising that. His main concern was my lack of what he called "Vitamin EX" - exercise. So, I'm off to a Cardiologist just to check there are no issues before I start a programme.

Exercise is so incredibly important in living long and staying healthy and happy. Do what I do mate, everyday after work, run to the pub as fast as you can !
If you're retired, see how quickly you can get there before opening time. Then keep beating your best time. Life is too damn precious to waste even a minute on idiotic sobriety !

Happy Birthday for yesterday Psyber old chap. As for the exercise I recommend a Rocky Balboa suggestion: release a chicken into your back yard and try and catch each morning. Good for the reflexes and the heart.
