Im in springwood here and still raining.

Also whilst on the Ipswich motorway this morning it was gridlock (as usual but was more today) with the oxley river across the motorway. Hearing they may have to close the motorway this afternoon.

Holy crap! Well i wont be whinging when i seen a couple of blue specks on a sat morn before cricket anymore

the thing is this is just moderate to heavy rain. But the problem is its been happening since start of november. This is the reason its flooding. They said on the news up here that Brisbane has had 4.5 hours of sunshine for THIS summer. Thats it 4.5 hours the rest it has been raining.

Unreal! just seen on channel 9 some footage, they showed one of those garbage bins that businesses have being washed away and crashing into a bridge, wouldnt want to be hit by that!

But if its the one with the white 4wd floating down the river near toowoomba with the family in the car and then the next picture with them on the roof of it? there has been people ringing up crying on the radio complaining and asking what has happened to this family were they rescued?
