I've heard eating a whole footlong meatball sub is the same as smashing a large quarter pounder meal. Lol

What's people's thoughts of Eagle Boys?
For mine, I rate them the best out of the major pizza bar players for their pizzas.

A heap of us went to Glenelg one day about 20 years ago, we collated our money to buy some chips at a fish and chip joint on Jetty Rd. We ordered $10 worth plus sauce, totalling $10.50. When we got called up there was 5 bags of chips but only one had sauce on it, we asked where the sauce was on the other 4 and the shopkeeper said that'll be 50c per bag.
I got my revenge a few months later, went in and ordered a shitload of food and casually waited outside..................and never went in to collect.

Holy hell. I'm lovin' it.

I remember the CEO of Maccas Australia answering criticism about the food and he said that McDonalds is like having a few beers, it's probably not healthy to do that every day but it's something you can enjoy every now and again. My response to him would've been "so how many beers per week is safe for little kids?"
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Sick of going to pubs and tasting watered down postmix Coke...the cheap bastards have changed the syrup to soda water ratio so they dispense more soda water and less syrup...

Examples of dodgy fast food i've seen:

1. West Lakes Dominos (about 7 years ago). Ordered a pizza, garlic bread and coke about 9:30pm at night and they never **** delivered it.
2. Elizabeth Hungry Jacks (about 10 years ago). Person in front of me complained of biting a burger and finding the centre frozen. Teenager at counter puts the half eaten burger in the microwave . Person complains and eventually gets a new burger.

Anyone wanna post that late night video of the Hindley Street Maccas???

Only went there once - the food was cheap and nasty (though you paid through the nose for it). No wonder they went out of business fast!

There was a HJ's in Hindley street and that one is correct on the Adding things. The Hindley Street Police officers always got something extra from some of the staff.

That HJ's is long gone now - would have been sometimes in the 90's that one shut down!

1997 I believe I was working there when it closed down.

Hungry Jacks in Hindley Street, next door on the left of Downtown (now the convenience store I think...)...definitely wasn't in 1997 as I went to New Years Eve/Day 1997/1998 and I had a NYE meal there before later on going down to the Bay with my GF of the time...

Another 2 examples of bad takeaway:

1. 2 weeks ago I had a Corn Roll from a chuck truck...similar to a Chiko Roll (and made by the same company) but filled with corn...I ate it and 5 minutes later felt my guts rumbling and felt like being sick...a minute later, after a short sprint, I chucked up in the dunny.

2. Ordered 2 foot long Bacon & Egg rolls (about 6 months ago) from the Subway at On The Run Elizabeth for breakfast (but saving one for morning tea) before I went to work. I got in the car and opened up one and took a bite...the girl that made them gave me, wait for it...2 foot long Wanghu Beef rolls!!! And charged me accordingly when I paid for them!!!   Didn't see her make them as I was too busy reading the paper at the time...
