Seen a dude emptying the chopped onion dispenser into a plastic bag while at Costco one day.
I approached him and loudly called out "Hey, why are you stealing everyone's onion?"
"What if people want onion on their hotdog, do they come to you?"
"Do you need money to buy onions? I'll take you to the fruit and veg shop to buy you some if you want?"
His wife and daughters just buried their heads as they all scurried out of the store.
I asked one of the workers why they did nothing, they said it happens all of the time and there's nothing they can do about it.

It's like a mincer, you spin the handle and chopped onion comes out the other end, it's where all of the hotdog condiments are.
I got really crook from one of their dogs once so they're on the banned list, kinda spewing though as for $1.50 I could grab a dog, load it up with onion, cheese and bbq sauce with a massive drink while I peruse the shop, then I could refill my drink for the trip home.
