now in complete and utter amazement, i asked him if he was a taxi driver and he says yes and then i confirm that he wants to know where Adelaide is, now we did think about sending him to Victor......................which we probably should have!

i know the taxi number, id be staying well away from him considering he has no idea where he is going

A few years back I was at the lights on Greenhill Rd waiting to turn left onto ANZAC Hwy, must've been about 9 PM... a car pulls up next to me, containing a 30-ish couple. The lass in the passenger seat wound down the window and asked "How do you get to Victor Harbor?"

Well they were in the right state, I guess that was a good start

Nearly in the same spot, at the intersection of south tce and anzac hwy, a landcruiser pulled up next to me (with a QLD number plate), gets out the car at the traffic lights, knocks on the window and asks which way to perth from here. i point in a Westerly direction (towards the sea) and he goes... oh Shite...

Wheres the nearest pub then.

They were off their tits too. Methinks they never made it to their destination.
